This week was an interesting week at Williams, we had an all day training  on forklifts. Their is a lot to know on safety on this type of machinery, for example  picking the load and checking the load to make sure all is secure. Knowing the lifting capacity of the your forklift. Keeping your forks at  4 inches above grade when  traveling.Steps like these can insure safety and loss of damage to the operator and materials being handled. Knowing what is around you and keeping people away from the lift while working is a crucial step in safety also wearing your seat belt at all times  .All this information is crucial  in the safe operation of a forklift .I was also trained and certified on atf forklifts I  learned alot and was  certified for three years.thanks Williams. The rest of the week we put the Ingersol Rand engine back together and tested a pigging door to make sure it was working for the near future when we will be doing some line testing for line life and wear on the main 36 inch line running south.  I posted a video on the 550 ford  project in the shop. Tom and I have been gathering info such as cost for parts and we hope to have some parts by next week sometime other than that all is great .
