Preventative maintanance inspection on 2011 Peterbilt. 300 hours school and work

I researched on. The cummins six15 the truck has. Alsot he oil and oil change intervals for the. Eaton transmision and spicer axles.I did a thourough inspection also of the air system and the steering system.I did find the back up alarm not working of the back up lights.I also found a leak in the power steering canister hoses.and also the positioning of the clamps on the tie rods was not correct. The right side air tank had water in it due to condensation and not bieng drained.I also noticed the pusher axle had bad wear patterns on the tread of the tire.I checked the air buid up and did the 5minute test the presure built up to the 120 psi and then dumped the air by pressing the brake and the alarm went off at 50 psi on the gauge. I also checked the cerk and there was 51 total.I have taken pictures of all the requested information on the sheets from all filters and the part numbers and oilgrades.also instructions on where. And proper procedures.I have taken atached msds on oil and coolants.

  1. Raul,

    It has been a fun ride, you all have made this one of the funnest learning groups ever. You played a large part in your own success these past two years. The examples you have set, for diesel at BTC, have moved the bar higher.

    Thank you for your leadership. I'm sure we'll be in touch.

    PS ~ What you have been hearing in my office is top secret...you'll understand graduation night. (;
